After much concern about the pandemic and its ongoing effects on the food and hospitality business, popular hangouts have reopened in the past few weeks, eager to welcome the "revenge" crowd that had been waiting for the opportunity to "go out."
In Poblacion Makati, a cult favorite in Makati City, establishments have slowly but surely reopened, among them the well-known Polilya.
"Revamped and updated but with the same quality and inviting comfort that made it such a success before," Polilya welcomed the public back into its fold recently at its new location in 5767 Ebro Street, south of Makati.
After three years of operations, Polilya, shut down in July 2020. It is known for its food and innovative drinks.
