Water interruptions set in Taguig, Rizal
Manila Water schedules overnight maintenance from 20 to 22 October, affecting selected communities in Taguig City, Rodriguez and Antipolo.
Selected communities in Taguig City and Rizal province are expected to experience temporary water service interruptions from 20 to 22 October due to scheduled maintenance activities by Manila Water.
In Barangay Hagonoy, Taguig City, a zero-pressure test along MLQ Road corner Rainbowridge is scheduled from 10 p.m. Tuesday, 20 October, until 4 a.m. Wednesday, 21 October.
Meanwhile, residents of Barangay San Jose in Rodriguez, Rizal, may experience water service interruptions during the same period due to maintenance work involving a line meter and strainer.
A separate maintenance activity is scheduled in Barangay Mayamot, Antipolo City, from 10 p.m. Wednesday, 21 October, until 4 a.m. Thursday, 22 October.
The scheduled activities are intended to maintain the reliability of the water distribution system.
Affected residents are advised to store sufficient water for drinking, cooking, sanitation and other essential household needs before the scheduled interruptions.
