The Bureau of Customs (BoC) said it received accepted offers totaling P7,055,664 for four 2021 Maserati Levante sport utility vehicles in a negotiated sale, but the transaction remains subject to approval by the Department of Finance.

Fast Car Traders Corp. submitted the accepted offers for two Maserati Levante Modena models priced at P1,594,388 and P1,601,000, and two Maserati Levante GT Hybrid models priced at P1,930,088 and P1,930,188.

The BoC said the sale was part of its disposition of vehicles under government custody. The accepted offers do not constitute a finalized sale, as the Department of Finance must approve the prices before the transaction can proceed.

Customs Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno said the agency must complete the required procedures and obtain the necessary approvals before disposing of government-held assets.

The latest transaction follows several other sales of luxury vehicles and forfeited goods by the BOC this year.

In May, the bureau completed the negotiated sale of the last four vehicles linked to contractors Curlee and Sarah Discaya, generating P12.276 million from those vehicles.

The sale completed the disposal of all 13 vehicles seized in connection with the case, with total proceeds from their sale reaching P114.745 million.

In July, two forfeited Bugatti Chiron supercars were sold through a negotiated sale for a combined P205.016 million after five unsuccessful public auctions between September 2024 and February 2026 and an earlier unsuccessful negotiated sale.
