Kris Aquino, it seems, slowly inching her way to acting, revealing in a recent mediacon for a commerce platform that she’s bound to do a micro drama soon.
“It depends in their budget but we haven’t discussed what kind, what genre it would be. But of course, if it would be horror which is my genre, mahal ‘yon (it’s expensive). If it’s a comedy or a reality show, mahal din ‘yon (it’s also expensive),” she said.

Without batting an eyelash, Aquino insistently dropped Ian Veneracion’s name when asked who she wanted to play her leading man.

While netizens support her comeback in showbiz, may still believe she should opt for something that’s not as physically taxing as acting.
“Just stick to the podcast, it’s chill to just sit in the chair and there’s less contact outside, plus you can record anytime,” one fan suggested.
Another fan echoed the same suggestion, believing that maybe she really missed acting but it makes more sense if her comeback project (aside from the ads she is doing with Netflix) is a podcast or an online talk show. Hindi ba mas (isn’t is more) taxing on her energy if she’ll act kahit pa na (no matter how) micro drama that is. But hopefully this is just a start.”
