Rice assistance

Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso receives 500 sacks of rice donated by the office of Senator Erwin Tulfo, represented by Deputy Chief of Staff Francis Tulfo, during a turnover ceremony at the Bulwagang Villegas of Manila City Hall on 01 September 2026. The rice will be distributed as relief assistance to residents affected by flooding brought by rains from the enhanced southwest monsoon, or “habagat.”
