(September 01 2026) Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte receives sacks of rice donated from the Office of Senator Erwin Tulfo, represented by the Deputy Chief of Staff Francis Tulfo, during a turnover ceremony at Quezon City Hall on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. The rice will be distributed as relief assistance to residents affected by flooding caused by the enhanced southwest monsoon, including families staying in evacuation centers across Quezon City.
