Mayor Isko leads groundbreaking ceremony of dialysis center

Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko” Moreno Domagoso, Vice Mayor Angeli Chi Atienza, and other city officials lead the groundbreaking ceremony for the rehabilitation and renovation of the Flora V. Valisno De Siojo Dialysis Center at Gat Andres Bonifacio Medical Center along Delpan Street, Tondo, Manila, on 24 August 2026. The project aims provide a safer and more comfortable facility for indigents requiring dialysis treatment and to strengthen access to healthcare services.
