High-volume printing can quickly become a workplace bottleneck, particularly when machines slow down, supplies run out or employees have to repeatedly interrupt their work for maintenance.
Epson is positioning its WorkForce Enterprise WF-C21000 A3 multifunction printer as a solution for demanding offices, combining print speeds of up to 100 images per minute with high-yield ink and document finishing features.
The WF-C21000 maintains speeds of up to 100 images per minute for both single- and double-sided printing, allowing businesses to handle large reports, contracts and other documents without sacrificing speed when switching formats.
Its ink cartridges can yield up to 100,000 black pages and 50,000 color pages, reducing the frequency of replacements during high-volume operations.
The printer also uses Epson’s Heat-Free Technology, eliminating the need for warm-up time before printing. Epson said the technology consumes less power than laser printing and requires fewer replacement parts.
Finishing options include stapling, hole punching and booklet printing, allowing businesses to produce distribution-ready documents using a single system.
“For businesses, reliable tools are important to keeping daily work moving. At Epson, we design our business printers to handle high workloads with fewer interruptions,” Epson Philippines president and director Masako Kusama said.
“This helps teams keep working while also reducing energy use and the need for frequent maintenance,” she added.
