Hundreds of residents of Barangay 101 in Tondo, Manila seek shelter at Barangay 101-OVP Building on 10 August 2026 as city continues to grapple with days of persistent rain brought Southwest Monsoon or Habagat. Medical teams are on standby to check on the welfare of the residents as hotmeals are also served.
