(August 03 2026) Kamanggagawa and NAGKAISA! formally filed an Urgent Motion for Intervention at Pasig RTC to lift TRO on ₱85 NCR wage hike and Led hundreds of workers to stage protest at the Pasig City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 152 on Monday, August 3 2026. The motion, filed on behalf of national labor centers, federations, trade unions, and workers' organizations including Kamanggagawa Partylist, Federation of Free Workers (FFW), National Federation of Labor (NFL), Unified Filipino Service Workers (UFSW), and Workers and Peasants Party (WPP), assert that the RTC lacks jurisdiction over minimum wage fixing.
