DPWH inspects Manila drainage project

Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon and Manila City Mayor Francisco “Isko” Moreno Domagoso lead an inspection of the ongoing drainage project along España Boulevard corner M. Dela Fuente Street in Manila on 30 July 2026, to ensure a swift solution to the area's flooding problem.
