Inside the historic Palacio Real de Sto. Niño in Malolos, Bulacan, Las Mujeres Cafe offers more than just coffee. The heritage-inspired café blends old-world elegance with comforting Filipino flavors, making it a destination for those who appreciate good food served in a timeless setting.

With its warm interiors, vintage charm, and cozy atmosphere, the café is the kind of place where brunch stretches into afternoon coffee and every dish feels thoughtfully made.

DAILY TRIBUNE recently stopped by to try some of its crowd favorites — and here’s what stood out.

If you’re craving something rich and indulgent, the Alfredo (P400) delivers exactly that. The white pasta is coated in a silky sauce made with butter, cream and Parmigiano Reggiano, creating a luxuriously creamy dish that’s comforting without being overwhelming.

For sandwich lovers, the Sloppy Joe (P310) is a satisfying bite. Slow-simmered beef cooked in a rich tomato sauce is layered with melted cheddar cheese inside buttery artisan bread, making it messy in all the best ways.

Seafood fans shouldn’t miss the Lemon Butter Salmon (P590). The moist, flaky salmon is drizzled with a bright lemon butter sauce and paired with fragrant lemon-parsley rice. The balance of citrus and butter keeps the dish light while still packing plenty of flavor.

Pizza enthusiasts will appreciate the Quattro Formaggi (P520), featuring a rich combination of mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan and cream cheese. Every slice is loaded with creamy, cheesy goodness that makes it perfect for sharing.

Those looking for a hearty meal can opt for the Palacio Real Burger (P370). Stacked with a juicy beef patty, cheese, crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and roasted garlic aioli, it’s everything you’d expect from a classic gourmet burger.

Meanwhile, the Honey Butter Wings offer the perfect sweet-and-savory combination. Crispy chicken wings are coated in a luscious honey butter glaze delicately infused with garlic, making each bite both sticky and satisfying.

Of course, no visit is complete without trying Las Mujeres Cafe’s signature Filipino-inspired lattes.

The Pastillas Latte (P220) combines espresso with creamy milk and the familiar sweetness of the beloved Filipino milk candy. Finished with a pastillas topping, it’s dessert and coffee in one comforting cup.

For those looking for something uniquely local, the Puto Bumbong Latte (P200) brings the flavors of the classic Christmas delicacy into a drink. Made with coconut water, buttery notes, velvety ube, and topped with toasted coconut flakes, it captures the festive flavors Filipinos know and love.

Another standout is the Turon Latte (P220). Espresso and velvety milk are infused with the flavors of the iconic banana snack, then finished with banana and caramelized sugar for a crisp, creamy sip that feels wonderfully nostalgic.

Whether you’re visiting Malolos for a heritage tour or simply looking for your next café destination, Las Mujeres Cafe proves that comfort food and Filipino-inspired coffee are best enjoyed in a place where history, flavor and hospitality come together.
