(July 15 2026) PUJ driver members of Manibela led by Mar Balbuena and immediate family of a slain PUJ driver Michael Ferrer file a complaint against the suspect Police Master Sergeant Edwin Figueroa before the NAPOLCOM in Quezon City on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. The murder allegations against the police were assisted by NAPOLCOM Chairman Rafael Calinisan and NCRPO Chief Major General Anthony Aberin which stemmed from the refusal to pay "tong" to the suspect, amounting to millions of pesos a month.
