Seafarers’ groups urge SC to halt Magna Carta implementation

Seafarers’ groups urges the high court to swiftly act on their petition to halt the implementation of Republic Act No. 12021, or the Magna Carta of Filipino Seafarers in a picket protest in front of the Supreme Court in Manila, on October 27.
