The C Lounge at Conrad Manila transformed into a luxe setting of sensory opulence as Keen & Worth Property Developers, Inc. unveiled its crown jewel, the Ongpin Tower.
Eschewing the predictable monotony of traditional real estate previews, the evening unfolded as an avant-garde tapestry titled “Symphony of Senses,” masterfully curating the vibrant heritage of Binondo into a high-design narrative.
Guests were enveloped in a meticulously-crafted universe where Old Manila artworks by Almer Moneda and live guzheng soundscapes harmonized with an elevated tea-and-scent display. The culinary zenith of the night arrived via a bespoke menu by chef Jereme Leung, who translated the raw energy of Chinatown into plates of refined, contemporary poetry.
At the epicenter of this cultural milestone is the vision of chief operating officer Kimberly Klaire K. Wong, who articulated a breathtaking blueprint for the future of Filipino-Chinese urban living. During an intellectual fireside chat, Wong, alongside architectural visionaries Miguel Ocampo Tan and Rowland Agullana, and master builder Jaime Lim, unpacked the structural poetry of the upcoming 52-story landmark. The discourse revealed a rare synergy of disciplined workmanship, vertical greenery and subtle cultural iconography engineered to withstand the test of time.
Slated for turnover in Q2 2027, Ongpin Tower stands as an iconic testament to community and refinement. It bridges the deep-rooted traditions of the past with the soaring aspirations of a new generation, redefining the very silhouette of historic Manila.
