The suspect was arrested by virtue of warrants of arrest for three counts of acts of lasciviousness, each carrying a recommended bail of P180,000, and one count of qualified rape of a minor through sexual assault, which carries a recommended bail of P200,000.
In Ilocos Norte, tracker teams from the Bangui Municipal Police Station and the Provincial Intelligence Unit arrested the Top 10 Regional Most Wanted Person, a student originally from Bangui who is now residing in Batac City.
The suspect is facing a charge of statutory rape, a case for which no bail was recommended by the court.
Meanwhile, in La Union, personnel of the Rosario Municipal Police Station arrested the Top 2 Most Wanted Person of Rosario. The suspect, a miner originally from Itogon, Benguet, who now resides in Rosario, is facing charges of violating the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act, with a recommended bail of P120,000.
Police said all three suspects were informed of the reasons for their arrest and apprised of their constitutional rights before being taken to their respective police stations for documentation and other custodial procedures prior to their presentation before the courts.

"Through the implementation of our Enhanced A.L.E.R.T.O. Framework, PRO1 remains steadfast in tracking down and arresting wanted persons as part of our sustained campaign against criminality. We will continue to enforce the law impartially to ensure that every offender is held accountable before the courts," Badua said.
