Naglabas ng pahayag si Bise Presidente Sara Duterte sa unang araw ng kanyang impeachment trial ngayong ika-6 ng Hulyo, kung saan binigyang-diin niya ang kanyang pananaw ukol sa nagaganap na paglilitis.
