Vertiv has opened a new manufacturing facility in Johor, Malaysia, expanding its regional production capacity to support growing demand for artificial intelligence (AI) and high-density computing infrastructure across Asia.
Located in Senai, Johor, the 236,000-square-foot facility will serve customers across Southeast Asia, North Asia, Australia and New Zealand by providing regional manufacturing, engineering, logistics and deployment capabilities.
Vertiv CEO Giordano “Gio” Albertazzi said the investment strengthens the company’s ability to deliver power, cooling and digital infrastructure solutions as AI adoption accelerates.
“Asia continues to be one of the fastest-growing regions for AI and digital infrastructure investment,” Albertazzi said. “This facility enhances our ability to support customers with quality, speed, scale and resilience.”
