Dagdag pa niya, kasalukuyang nahaharap ang Italy sa kakulangan ng humigit-kumulang 15,000 hanggang 20,000 nars, at kinikilala ang Pilipinas bilang isa sa pangunahing pinagkukunan ng mga kwalipikadong healthcare worker.
