Globe Telecom, Inc., through Globe AT HOME, is embedding broadband directly into residential developments, allowing homeowners to activate high-speed internet as soon as they move in and avoid installation delays or post-construction modifications.
The company said Friday its newly launched system integrates fiber ports into homes during construction, enabling immediate internet access.
It also uses Home AI and Internet of Things technology to automatically manage bandwidth across devices, which helps maintain stable speeds for streaming, gaming, remote work, and smart home use.
Resolution guaranteed within 24 hours
“Globe understands that your time is priceless, which is why our service is built on a simple 24-Hour Rule. Whether it’s a new line, a modem upgrade, or a repair, we guarantee resolution within 24 hours,” said Abigail Cardino, Vice President and Brand Head of Globe Broadband Business.
“Ultimately, your home deserves a connection as seamless as the life you are building there, and with our experience-driven products, tech-led innovations, and robust service guarantee programs, we are delivering more than just fiber; we are delivering an elevated and worry-free digital home experience,” she added.
GFiber delivering up to 2.5 gigabits per second
Globe said its GFiber plans deliver speeds of up to 2.5 gigabits per second and are supported by Wi-Fi 7 modems and 5G Wi-Fi to ensure continuous connectivity.
The rollout is backed by Globe’s Gold Standard Service, anchored on a “24-Hour Rule,” which commits to completing installations, modem upgrades, or repairs within a day.
Customers receive real-time service alerts through the GlobeOne app, while CARE Squad and CARE-AVan teams provide on-site technical support, installations, and demonstrations.
