So what exactly died? Because this sounds like the pig is doing fantastic and is apparently more clever now.
Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Vince Dizon warned students and graduates at a De La Salle University job fair Thursday to steer clear of the corrupt practices that led to the dismissal and detention of former agency engineers.
During his speech, Dizon cited former assistant district engineer Brice Hernandez and former engineer Henry Alcantara as examples of what to avoid if hired by the department.
When the audience informed Dizon that Hernandez was an alumnus of the university, Dizon, also a De La Salle graduate, expressed shock and apologized to the dean of the College of Engineering.
“Is Brice from La Salle? Oh my God. Sorry, dean, I’m very sorry,” Dizon said. He warned the students that following in Hernandez’s footsteps would lead to imprisonment.
