A 32-year-old man listed as a Top Most Wanted Person at the regional, district, and station levels was arrested during a manhunt operation on February 6, 2026, at around 3 p.m. in Barangay 20, Caloocan City.
The suspect was apprehended by a District Special Operations Unit with support from station and regional intelligence teams after weeks of surveillance and validation.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by a Caloocan court for statutory rape and rape by sexual assault, with no bail recommended.
