Singapore-based GoComet is rolling out an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven strategy to help move local supply chains from basic tracking to intelligence-led operations, as companies seek earlier risk detection, faster decision-making, and stronger resilience.

“Visibility tells you where things are. Intelligence tells you what to do next,” GoComet Cofounder & CEO Chitransh Sahai said in a statement on Wednesday. “AI helps supply chains move from reacting late to planning early, which is where real resilience is built.”

Sahai said the company’s plan focuses on using AI to support, not replace, human judgment by automating monitoring, exception detection, and data consolidation, allowing teams to focus on strategy and scenario planning.

“Technology only creates impact when it fits naturally into how teams work,” Sahai added. “The goal isn’t more dashboards — it’s fewer surprises.”

As part of this strategy, GoComet unveiled what it described as the next phase of supply chain intelligence, moving from automated workflows toward autonomous logistics operations.

The company’s AI Centre integrates multiple intelligent systems to assist teams across planning, execution, and risk management.

Key capabilities include Incident Lens, which links live port, weather, and geopolitical signals to shipments for early disruption detection, and Viera, a conversational AI that allows teams to query logistics data in natural language.

GoComet said these systems convert large volumes of shipment and operational data into prioritized, explainable actions, helping enterprises improve productivity by up to 2x, reduce freight costs by up to 30 percent, increase inventory turnover by 17 percent, and improve customer satisfaction metrics.

The company said the Philippines now accounts for nearly 20 percent of its total Southeast Asia customer portfolio, reflecting growing adoption of AI-driven supply chain platforms in the country.
