On 17 January, British-Filipina artist Rachel Le Roux presented an exclusive vernissage of her first solo exhibition at Fashion Interiors, Makati.
Titled Echoes and Conversations, the show featured 41 artworks, which were beautifully curated by multi-faceted artist Ayni Nuyda. The show Included pieces specifically made for the exhibit.
Collectors, gallerists, VIPs, members of the media and cultural tastemakers experienced an intimate first encounter with Le Roux’s full-body composition of figurative and abstract works in this celebratory unveiling and critical introduction to the artist’s expanding works.
Le Roux, an artist with a global footprint, has exhibited at The Holy Art Fair in London and the Superfine Art Fair in San Francisco, all while maintaining a notable presence in Manila at the South Arts Festival in, Leon Gallery and Altro Mondo Creative Arts.
Exhibition runs from 18 January to 15 February at Fashion Interiors, Makati.
