Veteran winger Royse Tubino has found a new home in Strong Group Athletics after parting ways with her former club.
Tubino signed with the Frank Lao-owned sports stable, which owns Farm Fresh and ZUS Coffee, just days after Choco Mucho released the 32-year-old spiker.
“Strong Group officially welcomes Honey Royse Tubino to the family! The veteran brings leadership and experience to power our young squads,” SGA posted on its social media account on Friday.
However, no announcement has been made yet to which SGA club Tubino will suit up for the coming 2026 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference.
Tubino, an army sergeant, along with middle blockers Cherry Nunag and Aduke Ogunsanya and libero Bia General were unloaded by the Flying Titans as they try to rebuild their roster after a dismal performance in 2025.
Tubino has earlier suited up for Sta. Lucia and PLDT before joining Choco Mucho in 2024.
The inclusion of Tubino will inject valuable experience and battle-tested leadership to either the Foxies or the Thunderbelles.
SGA earlier took in Cess Robles, Renee Penafiel and Karen Verdeflor following the disbandment of Chery Tiggo.
Farm Fresh and ZUS Coffee had great runs in the year-ending PVL Reinforced Conference.
The Foxies reached the quarterfinal while the Thunderbelles had a historic runner-up finish.
