Harvesting cacao

(January 01 2026) Mang Gil Alceso resident at Boso Boso Brgy. San Jose Antipolo City, harvested his Cacao fruit to make a chocolate cacao on Thursday January 1 2026. The cacao fruit is rich in Antioxidants: Cacao is one of the highest sources of flavonoids, particularly epicatechin, which help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.
