The suspect was identified only by the alias Vic, a resident of Barangay San Perfecto, San Juan City.
He was arrested during an operation conducted by operatives of the San Juan City Police Station’s drug enforcement unit at Barangay Balong Bato at around 9:15 p.m.
Seized from the suspect were 16 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately 21.65 grams, with an estimated street value of P147,220. Police said the operation marked a significant step in the ongoing fight against illegal drug activities.
Eastern Police District Director Aden Lagradante, hailed the successful operation carried out by the arresting officers.
