WBO ranks Casimero No. 4 at super-bantam
In the eyes of his wife and trainer Rachel Donaire, Filipino four-division legend Nonito Donaire is more than ready to rumble.
The 43-year-old future Hall of Famer is raring to add another accolade to his packed trophy cabinet.
“He looks amazing…he is super focused,” Rachel said on the Omega Boxing Gym Facebook page.
Donaire challenges Japanese champion Seiya Tsutsumi on Wednesday at the Kokugikan Sumo Arena in Tokyo.
Tsutsumi will be dangling his World Boxing Association bantamweight jewels and is the oddsmakers’ favorite.

Rachel presided over her husband’s training in Cebu City and is still doing the same thing in Tokyo with help coming from Omega Boxing Gym, the training facility in the Queen City that hosted them.
If victorious, the Philippine-born Donaire will join a short list of fighters who have won world titles in their 40s.
