PNB Holdings Corporation has been named one of the Best Places to Work in the Philippines for 2025, receiving top distinctions that underscore its commitment to fostering an inclusive and employee-centered workplace.

The company earned two Excellence (Gold) Awards and one Merit (Silver) Award across multiple categories, placing it among the leading employers in the country’s real estate sector.

PNB Holdings received Gold Awards for Best Place to Work Across All Organization Sizes and Best Place to Work for Medium Organizations, as well as top recognition in categories honoring women employees, LGBTQIA+ employees, persons with disabilities, and workers aged 55 and above.

It also garnered Silver Awards for Best Place to Work for Ethnic Minorities, Best Place to Work for Employees Ages 16–34, and Best Place to Work for Employee Well-being.

Executives said the recognition affirms the organization’s long-standing commitment to building a workplace defined by respect, opportunity, and collaboration.

"This recognition is a testament to the culture we’ve built together—a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to grow,” said Gladys K. Uy, Vice President for Human Resources. “It’s not just about policies or programs; it’s about people working hand in hand to create an environment that celebrates diversity and nurtures excellence.”

Chief Operating Officer Joselito R. Consunji noted that the recognition reflects the efforts of employees at every level. "At PNB Holdings, we believe that success starts with our people. These awards affirm our commitment to building a workplace that inspires collaboration, innovation, and trust—values that will continue to drive our growth and leadership in the industry," Consunji said.

PNB Holdings executives received the awards during a ceremony attended by industry leaders at the Dusit Thani Manila.

The company said the recognition strengthens its resolve to prioritize employee well-being, noting that a people-centered environment boosts productivity and drives performance in the fast-moving real estate sector.

As part of its long-term strategy, PNB Holdings said it remains optimistic about tapping the capital market’s liquidity by listing its shares by way of introduction at the Philippine Stock Exchange, a move aimed at unlocking shareholder value and supporting upcoming redevelopment initiatives.
