PNB Holdings Corporation cited among best workspace in 2025

PNB Holdings Corporation has been recognized by BusinessWorld as one of the Best Places to Work in the Philippines for 2025, earning multiple awards that highlight its commitment to excellence, inclusivity and employee well-being.
The company received two Excellence (Gold) Awards and one Merit (Silver) Award across several categories, affirming its position as an employer of choice in the industry.
It received Gold for Best Place to Work Across All Organization Sizes, and Gold for Best Place to Work for Medium Organizations.
Likewise, it was named Best Place to Work for Women Employees, Best Place to Work for LGBTQIA+ Employees, Best Place to Work for Disabled Employees, and Best Place to Work for Employees Ages 55+ for which I was conferred a Merit (Silver) award.
It garnered Merit awards likewise for Best Place to Work for Ethnic Minorities, Best Place to Work for Employees Ages 16–34, and Best Place to Work for Employee Well-being.
Combined effort of leaders wand team members
The recognition reflects the combined effort of leaders and team members across all ranks in the company to create a workplace that fosters growth, diversity, and collaboration.

Joselito R. Consunji, chief operating officer, shared that being named one of the Best Places to Work in the Philippines reflects the collective efforts of our leaders and team members across all levels.
“At PNB Holdings, we believe that success starts with our people. These awards affirm our commitment to building a workplace that inspires collaboration, innovation, and trust — values that will continue to drive our growth and leadership in the industry,” Consunji said.
The accolades were received during an awards ceremony attended by industry leaders at the Dusit Thani Hotel, with PNB Holdings represented by its senior officers.
The achievement serves as a powerful reminder that officers and employees in the company are, collectively, its best asset.
