ar Eastern University (FEU) is set to launch Noche Buena: 100 Stories Shared at the Philippine Holiday Table. The book gathers personal recollections of Christmas traditions and other stories on 28 November at the University Conference Center (UCC), ground floor of the Arts Building of FEU in Sampaloc, Manila.
The first title in FEU’s centennial book series, this mini coffee-table book gathers 100 personal recollections of Christmas, traditions, and authentic stories from chefs, restaurant owners, food producers, and writers across the Philippines. It features forewords by Felice Santa Maria and Amado Fores, and illustrations by Isaiah Israel Susi.
The launch program will feature appearances by several personalities from well-loved restaurants such as Bale Dutung, Milky Way, Cocina Genoveva and Sentro 1771.
