BAGUIO CITY — Two men were found lifeless in the early morning of 15 November 2025 at Hilltop Village, Purok 6, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
According to the Tabuk City Police report, the victims were identified as Davyn Basangal Balinte of Pinukpok, Kalinga, and Alyas David, a resident of Bulanao. They were reportedly killed during an armed robbery around 2:30 a.m.
Police arrived at the scene at approximately 4:35 a.m. and discovered that one victim had a gunshot wound to the head, while the other was shot in the chest. Both were declared dead on the spot.
Two brothers reportedly witnessed the incident. They said they were returning to their residence after drinking when two unidentified men on a motorcycle approached them. The suspects concealed their identities with bonnets, full-face masks, and caps, and immediately brandished firearms.
