Department of Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon signs a memorandum of agreement with the Philippine Space Agency, represented by Officer-in-Charge Dr. Gay Jane Perez, at the DPWH Office in Manila on the morning of 03 November 2025. The agreement aims to harness space science and technology and utilize geospatial analytics, historical data, and images in project monitoring.
