Two people were seriously wounded in a shooting incident along Phase 1K, Kasiglahan Village, Barangay San Jose, Montalban, Rizal on Tuesday morning, 28 October 2025.
The victims, identified only by the aliases Junie and Jennyfer, were outside a store when two unidentified male suspects on a black scooter arrived.
One suspect alighted and fired several shots using an unidentified caliber firearm, hitting both victims.
After the shooting, the suspects fled toward Phase 1K2, Kasiglahan Village, San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal.
Junie was taken to East Avenue Medical Center in Quezon City for treatment, while Jennyfer was rushed to Ynares Medical Center in Montalban, Rizal.
Police have launched a manhunt to determine the motive behind the shooting and to apprehend the suspects.
