Senate President Tito Sotto admitted that he has “no idea” where Orly Guteza — the surprise witness presented by Sen. Rodante Marcoleta during the Senate Blue Ribbon hearing — has gone.

“Hilong-hilo ang DOJ,” Sotto said, noting that even authorities have lost track of Guteza’s whereabouts after his testimony.
