Police arrested a 29-year-old man in Sta. Cruz, Manila based on an outstanding warrant for charges of acts of lasciviousness.
The man, identified by police as Mark Oller, a florist who lives on Maria Clara Street in Sta. Cruz, was arrested around 4:30 p.m. Monday at the corner of Maria Clara and Lacson streets.
The arrest was carried out by the Manila Police District (MPD) Station 7 based on a warrant issued by Presiding Judge Maria Lorenz I. Barias-Siosana of the Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 38, dated 10 October 2025.
The court set a recommended bail of P180,000 for his temporary release.
Oller is currently detained at the MPD Station 7 custodial facility while awaiting a commitment order from the court.
