DigiPlus Interactive Corp., the listed operator behind BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone, racked up P8.4 billion in first-half net income, a 61 percent leap from last year, powered by surging retail game sales, fresh product launches, and sharper operational play.

In a stock exchange report on Thursday, the company said revenues rose 47 percent to P47.78 billion from P32.56 billion in 2024, supported by increased business activity and the rollout of new games and licenses approved by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.

EBITDA, another measure of profitability, grew 65 percent to P9.09 billion from P5.51 billion. DigiPlus remitted P18.4 billion in government taxes and regulatory fees in the first half.

To sustain its growth, Digiplus said it will continue to innovate while advancing responsible business practices and community engagement through industry collaboration.

PlaySafe Alliance of the Philippines

Earlier this month, DigiPlus joined 18 other founding organizations in signing the agreement for the PlaySafe Alliance of the Philippines, which seeks to combat illegal gambling and promote responsible gaming.

“This alliance is not about competition—it’s about collaboration,” said alliance founding member DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco.

“By working as one, we can ensure that online gambling in the Philippines becomes more secure, transparent, and beneficial to both players and the nation,” he added.
