Producer of high-quality products in the manufacturing and assembly of plastic parts, Paintplas Global Corporation now joins the roster of locators at the Lima Technology Center – Special Economic Zone (LTC-SEZ) located in Malvar, Batangas.
This followed the signing of the Registration Agreement between Philippine Economic Zone Authority Director General Tereso Panga and Paintplas President Nilo Magbanua on 01 August 2025 at the PEZA Head Office in Pasay City, marking a significant development for the country’s manufacturing and export sector.
Also present as ceremonial witnesses were PEZA Deputy Director General for Operations Vivian S. Santos and Paintplas Executive President Jacqueline P. Magbanua.
With commercial operations scheduled to launch in September 2026, the company is set to invest more than P350 million in the manufacturing and assembly of plastic parts for toys, vending machines, and motorcycle parts at LTC-SEZ.
The company’s operations are expected to generate around 60 new jobs, contributing to local employment and economic activity in the region.
“We at PEZA wholeheartedly welcome Paintplas Global Corporation into the roster of our ecozone enterprises,” said Panga. “We are proud to support Paintplas as they embark on manufacturing and assembly operations at LTC-SEZ, strengthening Batangas as a dynamic export hub and reaffirming PEZA’s role in fostering investment-led growth.”
As the Philippines continues to build a stronger manufacturing landscape, partnerships such as this underscore the vital role of public-private collaboration in driving inclusive economic progress.
Panga said the registration of Paintplas not only reinforces PEZA’s commitment to attracting high-value investments but also affirms Batangas’ emergence as a powerhouse for industrial development.
