The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has partially closed the northbound section of the Mindanao Avenue underpass in Quezon City to allow for road repairs.
On the evening of 1 August, the agency began concrete reblocking activities in the area.
The partial closure affects the northbound lane of the underpass, which will alternate traffic flow between the northbound and southbound lanes from 10 p.m. on 1 August until 5 a.m. on 4 August.
The reblocking aims to improve traffic flow once completed. Motorists were advised to take alternate routes.
Earlier, the government announced that portions of Mindanao Avenue would be closed starting 29 June to make way for the construction of the Tandang Sora Station of the Metro Manila Subway project.
