Smart home brand LifeSmart has opened its first flagship showroom in Metro Manila, expanding its presence from Visayas and Mindanao to Luzon. The new experience center is located inside Diamond Concept Inc.’s showroom in Makati and is exclusively distributed by Fine Upgrades Corp.
The space lets visitors experience firsthand how automation can improve comfort, efficiency, and safety in homes and commercial spaces. Features include smart lighting, climate control, curtain automation, appliance management, and security systems — all managed through motion sensors, time triggers, and LifeSmart’s proprietary CoSS wireless protocol that functions even without internet.
“This is more than a showroom — it’s a look at how modern living should be,” said Ryan Yu, CEO of Fine Upgrades Corp.
Designed for architects, designers, developers, and homeowners, the showroom highlights energy-saving routines, child- and senior-friendly safety features, and even enterprise-grade demos for hotels and property management.
LifeSmart’s expansion comes through a partnership with Diamond Concept, a company known for premium architectural solutions. The collaboration blends high-end design with practical technology, offering a glimpse into the future of Filipino living — smart, stylish and seamlessly connected.
