The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has announced that its BPI app, BPI Online, and VYBE services are currently unavailable.
The following transactions are affected:
· Transfers to unenrolled BPI accounts
· Transfers to other bank accounts (via InstaPay and PESONet)
· Bill payments
· Payments via QR code
· E-wallet and prepaid phone loading
· Cash-ins from partner apps
· BPI to Cash, BPI QuickPay, and eGov services
· Use of BPI online credentials for payments and loading via third-party apps
“Rest assured, our team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated once services are restored. Thank you for your understanding,” BPI said in a statement posted on X.
