In Rutherford County, Tennessee, a wild pet escaped from its owner by jumping a fence on 30 May.
The escape was caught on a home security camera while other outdoor cameras recorded the animal running on a highway, in suburban neighborhoods, across rural backyards and a stream, KATV reports.
The videos were shared on social media and netizens tagged the runaway “Ed.” Several videos of Ed sightings were posted online, including funny memes of him dining at a restaurant and panhandling on the side of the road, CBS News reports.
