Over 41,000 local bets have so far filed their statements of contributions and expenditures (SOCEs).

As of Monday afternoon, 9 June, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) data showed that a total of 41,217 local candidates have filed their SOCEs.

Meanwhile, a total of 246 national bets have filed their SOCEs.

Six more senators were added to the list: Philipp R. Salvador, Jesus V. Hinlo Jr., Atty. Raul Lambino, Senator-elect Bam Aquino, GABRIELA Partylist Rep. Arlene Brosas, and Leandro Verceles.

All candidates, political parties, and party-list groups are required to file their SOCEs 30 days from the date of elections or until 11 June.

Comelec said it will no longer extend the 11 June deadline.

Failure to submit SOCEs may result in the filing of an administrative case or perpetual disqualification.

Submission may be done during weekdays and Saturdays, including holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., according to Comelec.

All SOCEs shall be filed in the prescribed number of hard copies, accompanied by a soft/electronic copy (PDF and Excel format).

Submission of SOCE via registered mail, electronic mail, courier, or messenger services is not allowed.
