Once the expansion wraps up, Ayala Malls Nuvali will offer over 100,000 square meters of shopping space — blending well-loved local spots with big-name global brands. It’s part of a larger ecosystem that already includes essentials like Landmark, Landers Superstore, S&R Membership Shopping, Robinsons Supermarket, a UNIQLO Roadside store, and crowd favorites like Coffee Bean, McDonald’s, and soon, Jollibee.

By November 2025, another retail hub—the Shops at Central Bloc—will also open its doors. Anchored by MerryMart Grocery, it’s designed with residents in mind, offering everyday conveniences and new dining options just steps from home.

Beyond its shops and restaurants, Nuvali is also a place to slow down and recharge. At Seda Nuvali, guests can relax in modern rooms just steps away from the estate’s livelier spots — perfect for work trips or quick weekend getaways. Healthway QualiMed Hospital in Santa Rosa adds another layer of comfort, giving families access to reliable care without having to leave the community.
