Young golfers shine at JGFP Summer League Series at Eagle Ridge

Junior golfers from across the country gathered on Sunday, 25 May, for the Junior Golf Foundation of the Philippines (JGFP) Summer League Series at the Eagle Ridge Golf and Country Club in Cavite.

The event brought together promising talents who demonstrated skill, sportsmanship, and discipline on the course. With multiple divisions across age groups, the tournament provided a competitive yet supportive space for young golfers to showcase their progress.

“Your hard work, sportsmanship, and dedication made this event a success. Well played, everyone!” the JGFP said in a message to participants.

BOYS DIVISION

16–18 Age Group
Raphael Casperino topped the division with a score of 85. He was followed by Leon Prudente (87), Jude de Leon (92), Santino Lim (97), Jose Hollero (97), and Bryce Co (97). Other players included Evo Santiago (98), Zeng Yin (102), Evan Tan (102), Gabriel Mercado (112), Seungyoon Han (115), Alejandro Cheng (115), and Santino Carlo Lim (119).

14–15 Age Group
Kristoff Nadales led the group with 81, followed by Stefano Tami (83) and Gabriel Fabian (96). Additional competitors were Gavin Go (99), Lucas Urrutia (103), Liam Sing (107), Raphael Co (107), Justin Cunanan (109), and Danrey Pacuribot (112).

12–13 Age Group
Nathan de Leon posted an 84, with Ryuichi Tao and Jacob Gomez both scoring 85. Rafael Hernandez followed with 87, along with Mannuwel Maligaya (89), Franco Lim (91), Justin Roxas (100), Sean Koa (106), Tyler Lim (107), Don Go (113), Mattheo Dizon (131), and Aaron Tan (133).

10–11 Age Group
Theodore Rios scored 89, narrowly edging out Diego Tuason and EC Aguirre who both finished with 90. Others in the group included David Yaw (96), Scott Dee (107), Jesse Yambao (117), Jayden Juco (131), and Marcus Dizon (140).

9 and Under
Lucas de Guzman led with 84. He was followed by Franco Estrella (92), Kingston Ching (96), Alonso Fabul (101), David de Leon (102), Harvey Hernandez (104), Rupert Carino (108), Julio Cabrera (109), Roshan Robins (120), Caden Edrian (123), Cody Mercado (129), Zachary Tycangco (131), and Moses Tan (137).

GIRLS DIVISION

17–21 Age Group
Katie Yaw scored 115 in this solo division.

15–16 Age Group
Chloe Lim posted 101, ahead of Renae Boon (117) and Sasha Go (132).

13–14 Age Group
Guia Koa led the field with 99, while Sitti Tio scored 121 and Rylai Robbins followed with 123.

10–12 Age Group
Venus delos Santos finished with 87, followed by Avery Sytengco (91), Helena Pablo (94), Kang Haengun (96), Emma Lee (100), Ryzah Robbins (100), Zara Siapno (104), Naomi Pereja (113), and Stella Santiago (120).

9 and Under
Andrea Dee led the category with 83. Laura Pablo (86), Stephanie Gan (89), Islay Bangayan (92), Eriane Pobeda (93), Candice Lim (100), and Jaicee Cervantes (106) also completed the round.
