NCAP In Effect

A newly installed sign that warns motorists of “No Contact Apprehension Policy in Effect” (NCAP) is up along the crossing of EDSA on Thursday, 25 May. The Metro Manila Development Authority will be implementing NCAP along the main roads such as EDSA, C-5 Road, Commonwealth Avenue, Ortigas Avenue, Roxas Boulevard, and the areas under MMDA’s jurisdiction. NCAP uses a technology to track traffic violators along the metro. | Aram Lascano #DailyTribune #NCAP #MMDA
