Kasoy, suman, and mango take center stage at Antipolo SM food fest
As part of the SUMAKA Festival, culinary students and alumni showcased their creativity by preparing a variety of dishes and desserts using kasoy, suman, and mango as key ingredients during the MayTime Fest Culinary Challenge held at SM Masinag in Antipolo on Friday, 9 May 2025.
