Family and friends pay their respects to Albay First District Representative and Liberal Party President Edcel Lagman at Mt. Carmel, Quezon City on 1 February 2025. Lagman, who passed away from cardiac arrest on Thursday at the age of 82, served eight terms in Congress, representing the first district from 1987 to 1998, 2004 to 2013, and from 2016 until his passing.
