The Archdiocesan Shrine of Santo Niño in Tondo, Manila, has issued a reminder that it does not authorize any form of solicitation.
The church made the announcement in line with the upcoming feast of the Sto. Niño and the ongoing activities related to the celebration.
According to the advisory, solicitation is prohibited for purposes such as decorating the altar or Carroza, hiring music bands, providing food, or covering any parish or church-related expenses.
Furthermore, the church emphasized that any donations from devotees should be directly coursed through the church office, where an official receipt can be issued.
