A new wave of talent is ready to illuminate the entertainment industry. Dragon Entertainment Productions Inc., spearheaded by beauty expert Bambbi Fuentes and entrepreneur Tine Ariola, unveiled the “Dragon Babies” during a grand media launch at Music Box, Quezon City, recently.

This year, these young stars are poised to captivate audiences with their exceptional talent, creativity and unwavering passion.

Dream born during the pandemic

The Dragon Babies emerged from the creative vision of Bambbi and Tine during the Covid-19 pandemic. As businesses faced closures, Bambbi creatively transformed her beauty salon on Timog Avenue into a vibrant creative hub, offering workshops, acting projects and auditions.

Their debut film, Sugat sa Dugo (2021), a poignant advocacy film addressing the HIV/AIDS crisis, served as the launching pad for Khai Flores and Shira Tweg alongside esteemed actresses Janice de Belen and Sharmaine Arnaiz. Their exceptional performances garnered critical acclaim and firmly established their presence in the industry.

Led by Christa Jocson, the dynamic P-pop group Gandaras is making waves with their debut single “Kiss” and captivating performances at corporate events. They have also graced television screens on shows like Pop Pinoy and Lunch Out Loud. Meanwhile, Irizz, their junior counterparts, are driven by determination and inspiration from other rising girl groups.
